Refund policy

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

 a. Factory Error: If the received item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a manufacturing error, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges.

b. Defect: If the product exhibits a defect that affects its functionality or usability, we will accommodate returns or exchanges.

 All requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days of the purchase or delivery date, whichever is later. Requests made after this period will not be considered. 

 To initiate a return or exchange, customers must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation number. Additionally, photographs or other documentation may be required to verify the nature of the issue.

 Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags or labels attached. Items showing signs of wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or alterations will not be eligible for return or exchange.

 Westview will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

 Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Exchanges will be processed promptly upon verification of the return eligibility.

 Certain items may be deemed non-returnable or non-exchangeable due to product discontinuation or other considerations. In such cases, Westview will provide a product of similar value and functionality or offer a refund.

 Westview reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy or appears to be fraudulent or abusive.

 This return and exchange policy applies to purchases made through our official website. Purchases made through third-party sellers or platforms are not authorized by Westview, and will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
